Acceptance of terms

Using this website or submitting the contact form constitutes acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit any personal data.

Description of services

Goldhour operates a local experiences marketplace in Bangkok, Thailand. The services currently available include:

• Beginner Photography: Light & Composition — a small-group half-day walk and mobile-editing session (฿4,500 per person).
• Market Tour + Seasonal Cooking Workshop — a guided market walk followed by a hands-on cooking session in a home kitchen (฿3,700 per person).
• Featured Listing Promotion — a B2B placement service for experience hosts, including editorial support and a performance recap (฿9,800 per placement window).

Goldhour acts as a marketplace operator. Sessions are delivered by independent hosts who have undergone an editorial review before their listing is published. Goldhour is not the direct employer of hosts.

Eligibility and user obligations

By using this site you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental or guardian consent.
• The information you provide in any enquiry form is accurate.
• You will not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Bookings and payment

Submitting the enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when Goldhour sends a written booking summary and you complete payment in full.

Prices are quoted in Thai baht (฿) and are per person for participant sessions, or per placement window for the featured listing service. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed in your booking summary is the price that applies to your session.

Payment details are provided in the booking summary email. We do not collect card details through this website directly.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

For participant sessions, rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge, subject to host availability. Requests received less than 48 hours before the session start are reviewed individually and may not be accommodated.

If a session is cancelled by the host or by Goldhour, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund of the amount paid.

For the featured listing service, changes to slot scheduling may be requested before the placement window begins. We will accommodate reasonable requests where scheduling permits. Once a placement window has started, changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Goldhour or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission. The Goldhour name and visual identity are not available for use by third parties.

Acceptable use

When using this site you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in any form
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the site or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the site without permission
• Impersonate Goldhour or any host listed on the platform
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The content on this site is provided for general information purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.

Sessions involve physical activity (walking, cooking) and are conducted in real urban and domestic environments in Bangkok. Participants attend at their own discretion and assume ordinary responsibility for their own wellbeing during a session.

To the extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Goldhour's liability for any claim arising from use of the site or attendance at a session is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes arising from use of the site or the services offered will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
